![]() ![]() The USB end of the Y-cable powers the USB hub which the digital to analogue converter plugs into. I plugged the Anker charger into the auxiliary power in the arm rest, ran the 6 foot USB to micro USB up through the dash and into the USB OTG Y-cable. With the Nexus mounted, power and audio were the next things to sort out. This enabled me to leave the Nexus completely unmodified, in case I want to sell/update it. I built a small acrylic box to the dimensions of the DIN brackets that came with the pod and then gorilla glued the Nexus 7 hard case to the front of the box.
